Question: How do I cancel a flight reservation?
Answer: Go to our website www.udChalo.com and click on ‘Cancel Ticket’. You will be directed to a page where you will get the option to cancel the required PNR.
Question: Can I reschedule my journey?
Answer: Rescheduling can be done via the Airline only. Each airline has different rescheduling rules and fees. Most of the defence bookings are not eligible for change as they come under special fares and are pre discounted. We recommend you speak to the airline directly.
Question: What are the cancellation charges?
Answer: Each airline has different cancellation charges. You may refer to the data below but please confirm from the airline to know the exact charges as this data is frequently revised.
JET AIRWAYS: Rs. 4400 per person per sector
GOAIR: Rs. 2950 per person per sector
SPICEJET: Rs. 3000 per person per sector
AIR ASIA: Rs. 2900 per person per sector
AIR INDIA: Between 2500/- to Rs 4000/- per person per sector
INDIGO: Rs. 3000/- per person per sector

Question: The flight I booked was cancelled by the airline. How do I get my money back?
Answer: If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. We request you to cancel your booking online first at our website. You will receive a full refund after verification from the airline.
Question: How long does it take to process a refund?
Answer: We usually process the refund within 3 working days of cancellation. However, in some cases, it may take upto 6 days to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank.
Question: I still haven’t received my refund. Help!
Answer: Please send in your request to [email protected] Our representative will contact you within 12 hours to process your request.
Question: I booked my flights on udChalo but then cancelled them by directly contacting the airline. How do I claim my refund?
Answer: Go to our website www.udChalo.com and click on ‘Cancel Ticket’. It is mandatory to cancel via udChalo, in order to process your refund. We understand that this is an extra step, but if you only cancel with the airline this information is not received to us by the concerned airline.
