Subject: Implementation of Government decision on pension and pension related matters – Revision of Pension/family pension-documents regarding (7th CPC)
Sir/Madam,
The undersigned is directed to say that the following notifications regarding revision of pension/family pension in respect of Pre-01.01.2016 pensioners/family pensioners and Government employees who retire/die in harness on or after 01.01.2016 on the basis of the recommendations of pension Revision committee have been uploaded on the website of Finance Department, Haryana i.e www.finhry.gov.in:-

Notification No.2/23/2016-1 Pension, dated 03.03.2017 (both in English & Hindi) wherein Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pension) Part-II Rules 2017 were notified for revision of pension/family pension of Government employees who retire/die in harness on or after 01.01.2016 w.e.f. 01.01.2016 ( page no.517 to 527) |
It is requested to download the same and the required action be initiated immediately in light of these rules. However, utmost care should be taken while fixing the pension/family pension with effect from 1st January,2016 strictly in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
For this purpose, these rules should be carefully gone through and understood so that the probability of any mistake taking place is minimized.
You are further requested to seek clarification from the Finance Department (in the Pension Branch) wherever any difficulty is faced in understanding/interpreting the provisions contained in these rules. It may be ensured that no undue delay takes place in implementing the decision of the State Government.
The arrear should be released/credited in the bank account of the pensioners/family pensioners after fixation of revised pension/family pension w.e.f 01.01.2016, within 3 months from the date of notification of these rules.
Receipt of these instructions may be acknowledged.
