I got my promotion in 1993 March and opted for the monetory benefit from septr. my increment dt.
Th introduction of bunching of scales in 5CPC affected my benefits and my next increment was ficed from septr. annually affecting my monetory loss permanently till my retirement (May 2010) .in pay in service settlement and pension. so afr and will continue till the end. Opted to revise the option to refix from March 93 was accepted and recommended by the admin (ICF) after a period of 6 yrs. as I am the only case of such uniqueness But Rly.Bd. denied as no scope without assigning any reason.I wonder how a circular can have different version! ?
The monetory loss in serivce is about 3. L & further in settlemt ,gratuity. The pension difference was about Rs.1000/ from 2010 onwards and further in 7CPC. due to the above fixation problem /demerit.
My appeals, and personal interview to all failed to give any sign of response.
.How to solve it? Is there any supporting my case If so pl let me know. and help me in redressing this.

My husband, a central govt servant retired rendering more than 27 years of continuous service on June 2009. He got only one promotion in his entire service. His grade pay as on 01/01/2008 is 4600/-.
He represented for his financial up-gradation , that is, (ACP) since 2003. But so far no fixation has been done.
How much will be his grade pay if ACP is fixed. Kindly reply.

I voluntarily retired from Govt job on 10.7..2003 while working as Commandant(SG) in CRPF. Mr basic pay was Rs 18,300 in the pat scale of 14,300 – 18,300 ( S -24 ). My date of joining Govt Service is 16.12.1976.
What would be my pay in 6th CPC scale. I was paid pension at the minimum of PB-4 in pay band of 37,400 – 67,000 with grade pay of 8700. The pension was fixed at 23,050 as 50% of 37,400+8700.
What would be my pay as per 7th CPC orders and what would be my basic pension.
