The existing limits were fixed in 2001. Now, It has been decided to revise the quantum of grant-in-aid to Resident Welfare Associations to Rs. 10,000/-.
2. The pattern of grant-in-aid to RWA’s will be as under:-
“The pattern of grant-in-aid given by the Department of Personnel and Training to RWAs will be linked to the number of members Groupwise i.e. quantum of grant-in-aid to Group ‘C’ employees would be two times the amount of subscription realized from regular members, for Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ only matching grant would be provided subject to a limit of Rs.10,000/-.”
