Subject: – Web based information/details in respect of PPS of CSSS – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No. 25/1/2013-CS. 11(B) dated 23.12.2013 on the subject mentioned above wherein cadre units of CSSS and individual officers were requested to bring the discrepancies to the notice of the Nodal Officer concerned and to this Department for correction/ updation.
2. The requisite information in respect of some PPSs, whose names have been mentioned in Annexure to this OM, are yet to be submitted/filled/completed by the cadre units/individual officers. Cadre units/individual officers are requested to check their respective data in the web based system and do the necessary correction urgently.
3. With a view to cut short the delay, it is requested that the cadre units depute some official exclusively for this purpose. The official conversant with the work may interact with the CMC personnel (Tel.: 24629890). The concerned official may also visit this Department along with the soft copy of the requisite information and get the information fed into the system,
4. It need not be emphasized that the availability of updated web-based data is essentially required for cadre management activities and an official may be declined cadre clearance etc. in future in case the updated data is not available,
5. This may, therefore, be given “Top Priority”.
